I've tried re-installing the game, running Glyph as an administrator by default , game already runs as administrator, I've made an exception on the firewall for ArcheAge. Tried all day long Over 72 hours now since I submitted my ticket and also still no reply to this thread Founder players - Are sucking the fun out of the game for non-paying players, they constantly farming points when lower leveled players are trying to complete quests! I had issues with it loading - it would just pull my PC to a halt - had to add the game folder in to and exclusion for Microsoft Defender - now it loads great.

I'll look into it. Game will not launch for me at all. I understand that it is beta and I am patient in terms of things not being quite there. I do get a bit miffed though when Trion doesn't address things - busy hxhield they must be, they do need to up their custmer service game. The only "fixes" I've seen the devs give drayon the hackshield troubleshooting steps, which is disappointing. Game just closes after minutes and browser shows hackshield troubleshooting page.

Nothing seems to work. Exatly the hhshield problem. Then I gave them time to fix this nonsense for the official release. The program is a joke. I want to play but this is just utterly frustrating.
This started happening yesterday when I went on the NA servers to check out Auroria, after patching my game I went back to the European servers and I had to "re-patch" the game to the EU version, aka re-install the whole game.
I saw from other posts that the problem is that the hackshield updater wants to use internet explorer for hehield god forsaken reason. Also any personal information on your screen should be blacked out for your own safety, just a headsup.
